A wedding takes months to plan and the day arrives and it goes by so fast. Its hard as a bride to take moments to sit back and reflect when you’re in the midst of celebration. Your pictures have given Clay and I that opportunity. Just one look at these photos and I’m right back to that moment it was taken and I’m allowed to be in that moment for as long as I want. Fran: These images are remarkable and truly capture the radiance of the day! The essence of each individual in each photo is astounding and beautiful – from the guys behind Hanson to the jumping wedding party to the ring bearer and the quiet reflective scenes in the garden. I continue to go back and look at them “at the end of a long day in the office” as they bring back so much happiness. As Danica’s father, she has always amazed and impressed me with her artistic side (I have none!). You have been able to illustrate and record the wedding to show the joy and love that the day presented to all that were fortunate enough to be included. Amazing pictures of the big day and the wonderful couple! They really capture the spirit of the wedding and your personalities. I think the first picture of the wedding party jumping for joy should be your official wedding picture- it sums up the “AWESOME!” mood of the whole occasion. I’m going to be smiling all day thinking about it!

Even though Allison & Chris live in Calgary now … she is very familiar with the Vancouver rain after living here for 4 years while attending UBC. She came prepared with the cutest little rain boots and boy did we need them! No amount of rain could put a damper on this lovely wedding...
